Kathryn DiBitetto is the Policy and Advocacy Manager for Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access (SNHPA) . SNHPA   is an organization of approximately 700 public and private non-profit hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S. that participate in the Public Health Service 340B drug discount program.  She is responsible for outreach activities with member hospitals as well as helping in our advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and with the Administration.

Kathryn has a comprehensive background in health care policy and advocacy efforts.  She was most recently the Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Michael E. McMahon of New York, where she focused on health care and appropriations issues.  During her time there, Kathryn was one of ten Congressional staff members chosen to participate in a study group where she traveled to China and visited with representatives of provincial health departments, medical schools and pharmaceutical manufacturers.  Before her time on the Hill, she represented and advocated for a variety of health care nonprofit organizations. 

Kathryn is a native of New York City, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of North Florida.
