Legislative/Regulatory Advocacy

Enhanced Member Benefits (Available to Enhanced Level Members Only)
All of the benefits listed above plus:
- Specialized webcasts and conference calls on key policy, operational and compliance issues. These presentations are designed to educate pharmacy department representatives, senior management and other interested parties within participating hospitals on the full range of 340B issues relevant to your hospital.
- Additional one-on-one technical assistance troubleshooting calls with SNHPA staff and counsel. Members who choose the enhanced member level will be able to participate in 10 calls per year (compared to the five that are included in the Standard Level membership).
- Price verification services. While SNHPA will assist all members with questions over 340B pricing matters, enhanced level members will have access to SNHPA’s pricing experts who will help guide members on potential overcharges and recovery.
- Special recognition on SNHPA’s Web site of your hospital’s increased level of commitment to achieving SNHPA’s advocacy goals, especially protection of the 340B program from unreasonable restrictions and extension of 340B discounts to inpatient drugs.
